Practical information

Sessions take place at my private studio, Kampp Vocal Studio, at Mellemvangen 65, 2700 Brønshøj.

Bus lines 250S and 68 stop at Mellemvangen (Hareskovvej) - 300 meters from Kampp Vocal Studio. Bus line 5C stops at Hyrdevangen (Frederikssundsvej) - 700 meters from Kampp Vocal Studio. There is free parking in the area.

Out of consideration for the client before you, please arrive no more than five minutes before your session begins.

Spring term: Weeks 2–25, with winter break in week 7 (Make-up week: 26) Autumn term: Weeks 32–50, with autumn break in week 42 (Make-up week: 51) The number of sessions in a term booking (a fixed weekly time slot) depends on public holidays and on whether you start at the beginning of the term or partway through. You can see the exact dates when you book.

Single sessions, term bookings and voice training packs are paid by bank transfer. Contact me if you would like to pay in instalments.

You can book a free trial session by selecting ‘Book a trial session’ in the menu. Single sessions and weekly term bookings can be booked under ‘Pricing & Booking’. To arrange a voice training pack, please contact me.

A term booking gives you a fixed weekly time slot, while a voice training pack lets you book 5 or 10 sessions flexibly.

Yes. You only pay for the remaining sessions.

You do not need to prepare anything. If there is a particular voice-related challenge or text you would like to work on, you are welcome to mention it when you book.

To cancel, please send an SMS to +45 26 11 30 45. For term bookings, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the session begins. To keep the schedule workable, cancelled sessions in a term booking are not refunded, but I will try to reschedule the session within the same term where possible. All other cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session begins. Sessions cancelled after the deadline are non-refundable.

If you are unwell and contagious, please cancel by SMS to +45 26 11 30 45. Sessions are not refunded in the event of illness when the cancellation deadline has passed.

All voice training packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

No. As voice training is a leisure activity, voice training packs and term bookings are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal under section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
